The Arts Council only accepts applications submitted via www.myprohelvetia.ch. Exceptions can only be made on request.

Deadlines:

• Applications for project funding up to 25,000 francs can be submitted at any time, but at least eight weeks before the date of an event or the date of publication.

• Deadline for applications for funding of over 25,000 francs: 1 March, 1 June, 1 September, 1 December, but at least 4 months before the date of an event or the date of publication.

• Deadline for all applications for funding for theatre and dance productions (regardless of the amount requested): 1 March for productions whose premieres are scheduled between July and December; 1 September for productions with premieres between January and June of the next year.
